"Mission Analysis is the term used to describe the mathematical analysis of satellite orbits, performed to determine how best to achieve the objectives of a space mission." (ESA/ESOC).
There are many groups of people around the world making very interesting research on mission analysis. Universities, agencies, companies... We are trying to track them all in the Mission Analyst section. This is a lengthy process, and we are still in the middle of it. Please write us about any missing group - it will help us making a more complete list.
